Hello everyone and welcome to my little blog!

It has been a minute and a half since I have had the motivation to sit down and write.

I have wanted to do a “2020 year in review” post and a “2021 goals” post since Christmas, so it is about darn time that got around to it.

Okay, let’s get started!

For our year in review, you can check out my YouTube channel here.

I made this video in honor of mine and my husband’s 3rd wedding anniversary in December, and it still sums up our entire year so I don’t mind sharing it again.

Now since its April, lets talk about my goals for 2021!

First, my word for this year has been consistancy.

I want to be consistant in the mundaine. To me this means daily tasks that are required to be a functioning human. You know, things like laundry and dishes. Because I enjoy doing some house keeping tasks above others, our home is always half-clean, which isn’t a sustainable homemaking strategy.

Continuing with the theme of consistancy, I really want to start creating more content. Of course I’m talking about my blog, but I have wanted to start filming homemaking YouTube videos for about two years now. I’ve honestly been a little nervous to start, and I figured it is about time to ignore my doubting self because she’s holding me back from trying something new.

As you can probably tell by this post, I’m off to a rough start this year but my ultimate goal is consistancy.

Anyway, thank you so much for joining me today and I will catch you all next time!

  1. What a beautiful little baby you have!!
I’ve often thought of doing something on YouTube but I can’t seem to get the house clean and hair done at the same time! If you start doing videos I will subscribe.
He who is faithful in little is faithful in much… I think your goal to keep up with those small tasks is a worthwhile goal.

      1. She is so much fun, I haven’t had a boring day since I brought her home and I’m always so shocked when she learns something new like standing or waving hi. I’m truely having the time of my life over here, she is one of my biggest blessings. 😁
